Our journey over the years while delivering talent to our Clients

2011

The beginning

Guy Morley set up Advento Staffing after having worked in technology recruitment since 1997. Guy had worked for both large and small recruitment agencies and could see the benefits of both to customers.

So Guy set about creating a recruitment agency which had the capability and delivery of a large recruitment company but the agility and personal approach of a small boutique agency.

Advento Staffing was born.

2012

Small but perfect

The focus was to organically grow with a small set of clients we could deliver an outstanding service to.

2013

Listen to our clients

As our clients were going through major digital transformations we had to really understand their changing needs.

2014

New offices due to expansion

Due to the growth of new clients we prepared for the growth of the business by moving to new offices in Tunbridge Wells.

Our brightly designed office was perfect for attracting talent to the company and a great place to work.

2015

Growing team

Advento Staffing was now a team of 12 to help support our clients.

Due to delivering in both permanent and contract technology recruitment we achieved our milestone of becoming a £2M turnover company.

2016

Specialisms focus for Advent Staffing

Due to the growth within the company, Advento Staffing restructured into four specialisms - Data, Cyber, Change and Digital Technology.

This helped our clients know the niche areas we are well positioned to deliver in.

2018

Advento Star Women division set up

Advento Staffing set up Advento Star Women to help attract and support more women in Technology.

The aim was also to help companies improve their gender gap at mid and senior level positions within their organisations.

2017

Management Team

Continued investment into the operational side of the business meant that our Leadership and Management Team were now in place at Advento Staffing.

We also launched Advento Staffing Values and our benefits package to attract the best talent in recruitment.
